Who charges you
The seller of every product on this site is Varela Digital Group LLC, a Wyoming company (United States) with its business address at 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182. Each brand sells from its own website, with a checkout that runs on an online store platform connected to Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe, in the company’s account.
How the charge appears
On your statement: VARELA DIGITAL GROUP
This is how a purchase from any of our brands appears on your card statement: Herbaciane Cudeńka, Miminhos de
Chá, Tassenschätzchen, Theeschatjes, 티방울 (Tibangul), Teakincsek, Çay Minnoşları, Tea Cuties or La Cuadrilla (herbacianecudenka
With MB WAY, according to Stripe, your statement shows “Stripe Inc” and the amount, not VARELA DIGITAL GROUP. With the other methods (BLIK, Multibanco, iDEAL, OXXO, KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Samsung Pay, PAYCO or UPI), the text you see depends on your bank or payment app. If you don’t recognize a transaction, write to us with the date and the amount (see below).
Currencies and prices
Each store charges in its country’s currency: Polish zloty (PLN) in Poland; euros (EUR) in Portugal, Germany and the Netherlands; South Korean won (KRW) in South Korea; Hungarian forint (HUF) in Hungary; Turkish lira (TRY) in Türkiye; Indian rupees (INR) in India; and, at La Cuadrilla, US dollars (USD), euros in Europe or the local currency of 12 Latin American countries (MXN, COP, CLP, PEN, UYU, DOP, BOB, CRC, GTQ, PYG, HNL and ARS). The price of each product is listed in Brands and products.
The total is the one the checkout shows before you pay, with no extra fees; in the German and Dutch stores it includes VAT. If your card is in another currency, your bank handles the conversion and may charge a fee.

Based on each store’s page and the payments approved between September 12 and October 12, 2026; for South Korea, Hungary and Türkiye, based on the store as of October 19, 2026, and for India, as of October 21, 2026. Before you pay, the checkout shows you the methods available for your country. On phones and browsers that support them, it also offers Apple Pay or Google Pay, which charge your card.
Payments confirmed later
With Multibanco (Portugal) you pay a reference through your online banking or at an ATM. According to Stripe, confirmation can take several days, especially over weekends.
With OXXO (Mexico) you pay in cash at an OXXO store. According to Stripe, confirmation arrives no later than the next business day after payment.
In both cases, access is sent once the payment is confirmed. If you don’t pay the reference, nothing is charged.
Offers after purchase
After you pay, some stores show you optional add-ons. Each offer shows its price before you accept it and is charged separately, only if you click to accept it; on your statement it appears under the same name, VARELA DIGITAL GROUP. If you decline it, a reduced-price version of the same add-on may appear. Declining them does not change your purchase. With BLIK, each add-on you accept asks you for a new code.
Security
- This site and the stores’ checkouts run on HTTPS.
- Your card details are entered in Stripe’s fields: we neither see nor store the full number.
- Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which according to Stripe is “the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry” (docs.stripe.com/security).
- Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app.
Duplicate or unrecognized charges
If you see a repeated charge, or a charge from VARELA DIGITAL GROUP that you
don’t recognize, write to us before disputing it with your bank: at jonathan@
No subscriptions
Everything is a one-time payment: there are no subscriptions or recurring charges, and nothing to cancel. Each add-on you accept is a separate one-time payment.
