Who we are and scope
Varela Digital Group LLC is a single-member limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States (filing ID 2026-002046831), with its business address at 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182. Managing member: Jonathan Varela.
These terms apply to this site and to all of the company’s brands: Herbaciane Cudeńka (herbacianecudenka.pl), Miminhos de Chá (miminhosdecha.com), Tassenschätzchen (tassenschaetzchen.de), Theeschatjes (theeschatjes.nl), 티방울 (Tibangul, tibangul.com), Teakincsek (teakincsek.com), Çay Minnoşları (cayminnoslari.com), Tea Cuties (teacuties.com) and La Cuadrilla (lacuadrillaia.com). Each store also publishes its own conditions, in its language. If your store’s conditions say something different, your store’s conditions apply; your statutory consumer rights always apply.
By buying or using our products, you accept the following.
What we sell
Digital products: PDF courses and guides, instruction files and templates, a web app and some custom digital services. Nothing physical is shipped: you are not buying molds, ingredients or equipment, nor a food product. The description of each product, with its language, format and price, is in Brands and products and on the product’s page, which is part of the offer.
How to buy
You choose the product on the brand’s website and pay at its checkout. Before paying you see the product, the total price and the currency, and you can correct your details. The contract is concluded when we accept your order, at the latest with the email that sends you the access.
Prices, currencies and payments
Prices are in each store’s currency and are the total you pay, with no extra fees; in the German and Dutch stores they include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe; we neither see nor store your card details. On your statement the charge appears as VARELA DIGITAL GROUP. Everything is a one-time payment, with no subscription or recurring charges. Currencies, payment methods and security are covered in Payments and security.
Gifts and offers after purchase
- The gifts announced with each product are delivered with it, at no extra cost.
- After payment, some stores offer optional add-ons. Each one shows its price before you accept it and is charged separately, only if you click to accept it.
- If you decline an add-on, you may be offered a reduced-price version of the same add-on.
- Each add-on carries the guarantee promised in its offer: 30 days from its purchase at Herbaciane Cudeńka and Miminhos de Chá, and 7 days at La Cuadrilla (details in Guarantee and refunds).
Delivery
Access arrives by email, at the address you entered at checkout, as soon as payment is confirmed; with Multibanco or OXXO, once the payment clears. Some add-ons have their own delivery time, stated in their offer. It is your responsibility to enter your email correctly when you buy; if you made a mistake, write to us and we will correct it. Guarantee, refunds and withdrawal
Each brand has the guarantee promised on its product page: 30 days on the tea charm courses (at Teakincsek, Hungary, the 14-day right of withdrawal) and 7 days from purchase on La Cuadrilla, under the conditions each store publishes. If you buy from the European Union, the law also gives you 14 days from purchase to withdraw and the legal guarantee for digital content. Everything is explained in Guarantee and refunds.
License to use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the material. You may use what you learn in your own work: making and selling your own pieces, or preparing and submitting your own documents. At La Cuadrilla, one purchase covers one professional: if several people in a firm are going to use it, each one buys their own access.
What you may not do:
- Resell, give away or share the files or the access.
- Upload them to groups, public cloud folders or download sites.
- Publish them as your own, in whole or in part.
Sharing the material violates this license: in that case we may cancel the access for that purchase and claim damages.
What the product does not promise
The courses teach a technique and the tools help draft documents; none of them promises a financial result. Any amounts shown as examples on a product page are calculation examples, not promises or forecasts: what you achieve depends on your practice, your prices, your time, demand in your area and the rules that apply to you. Nothing we publish is professional, legal, tax or financial advice.
Tea charm courses: food safety
Keep your workspace clean, store the pieces as the course explains and always check the allergens on ingredient labels. Pieces made with coffee, black tea or matcha contain caffeine. Erythritol, like any polyol, may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. The pieces are meant for hot drinks, not to be eaten like candy: keep them away from small children and animals. If you want to sell homemade food, check your country’s rules before you start.
La Cuadrilla: technical responsibility
It does not replace the training, judgment or professional responsibility of the licensed engineer. The documents it generates are working drafts: they must be verified and validated before they are submitted or signed, and only the professional may sign them. The current validity of any jurisdiction’s standards is not guaranteed: confirmed dates are published with their resolution number and unconfirmed ones are flagged as pending verification. It works with Claude, by Anthropic, which is not included; La Cuadrilla is not affiliated with Anthropic, any professional association or any standards body.
Restrictions
We do not sell to persons or countries subject to United States sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the regions of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk), or to anyone on the OFAC sanctions lists.
Intellectual property
The courses, guides, files, applications and brands belong to Varela Digital Group LLC. Third-party names that appear on this site (such as Stripe, Claude or Anthropic) belong to their owners and are mentioned for reference only.
Service availability
We do our best to keep the material permanently accessible. There may be interruptions for maintenance or provider outages. If access is interrupted for an extended period, we restore it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the rights your country’s law gives you as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update them. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its date at the top. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
