What you receive
Everything we sell is digital: PDF courses and guides, instruction files and templates, a web app and, at Herbaciane Cudeńka, two custom services. Nothing is shipped by post and there are no shipping costs.
Molds, ingredients and any other materials are not included: you buy them yourself, and the courses include a shopping list. To use La Cuadrilla you need a Claude account (the free one works), which is not included either.
How it arrives
You receive an email from the brand’s store, at the address you entered at checkout, with the link to your access: the course, the panel with your files or the app. It opens in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer, and the PDFs can be printed.
When it arrives
| Payment method | When access is sent |
|---|---|
| Card, BLIK, MB WAY, iDEAL, KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Samsung Pay, PAYCO or UPI | As soon as payment is confirmed. |
| Multibanco | When payment of the reference is confirmed. According to Stripe, it can take several days, especially over weekends. |
| OXXO | When the in-store payment is confirmed. According to Stripe, no later than the next business day. |
Add-ons bought after payment arrive within the time stated in their offer: some with instant access and others within 72 hours. The delivery time of each one is listed in Brands and products.
If it doesn’t arrive
Check your spam and promotions folders. If it isn’t there, write to the brand’s support from the email you used to buy and we will send it again. If you mistyped your email when you bought, let us know and we will correct it.
How long access lasts
Courses and files are delivered with permanent access, as each product page states; the custom web page from Herbaciane Cudeńka includes 12 months online. We do our best to keep access available at all times: there may be interruptions for maintenance or provider outages, and if access is interrupted, we restore it.
Custom services
After purchase, Herbaciane Cudeńka offers two add-ons that our team prepares for you:
- “50 klientów na start”: a list of 50 businesses in your area, with a message ready to send to each one. Delivered within 72 hours after you send us your city and the occasions you cater to.
- “Twoja strona z cudeńkami”: your own web page for phones. Delivered within 72 hours after you send us your photos, your prices and your occasions, and includes 12 months online and one round of changes.
